About this event

Notorious and celebrated story tellers, Irish people love to spin a yarn and share a scéal. For a third year running Dr. Dara Culhane (Professor of Anthropology with a focus on Gender and Sexuality, and Irish Studies from Simon Fraser University) leads a very special presentation by local Irish diaspora women. This sharing of previously untold stories will bring you on a journey of laughs and tears, to distant lands and places that now only exist in memory. Featuring Dr. Dara Culhane, Sharon Brown, Oonagh Berry, Marie Bruce, and Maura De Freitas.

Time: 3 pm PT/ 6pm ET

Length: 1.5 hours
