Coming together in support of families with Internationally Renowned Perinatal Loss Expert Sherokee Ilse http://babiesremembered.org

This gathering is for bereaved parents and family members to share in a discussion with bereaved parent, and perinatal loss author, and speaker Sherokee Ilse. This evening will provide connection to other parents and families members who have experienced perinatal loss. Perinatal loss includes, but not limited to, the loss of pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth, and newborn death.

Topics that may be presented and discussed are couple communication; Validation of feelings; Viewing selves as parents forever; How to talk to family members, children, and friends about your loss; Finding a support network; Peer to peer support and use of social media to access support for grief and loss.

Who should attend? Parents and family members who have experienced perinatal loss. Child care will be provided for families.
