Permission to be Human: Experiential Workshop (Full-Day)
Overview
Permission to be Human | Experiential Workshop (Full-Day)
Facilitated by Whitney Page, RSW
Created and facilitated by Founder Whitney Page, a Registered Social Worker with 15+ years in mental health, education, and advocacy, this full-day immersive workshop is designed to help you reconnect with what it means to simply be human.
Curated for helpers, leaders, caretakers, and the “strong ones,” this experience gives you space to step out from under all the roles and expectations and remember who you are beneath them.
Through playful reflection, sensory-based tools, and honest facilitation, you’ll explore how identity, emotion, and belonging shape the way you show up—and how to move forward with more clarity, intention, and self-awareness. You’ll leave with simple, practical tools you can use immediately in your work and personal life.
What past participants say:
“This was the most meaningful workshop I’ve experienced in years.”
“Finally, PD that treats us like human beings with needs and struggles.”
“It felt like a sip of water in the middle of a desert.”
“It was a safe, validating space where I actually felt seen and heard.”
“EVERYONE needs to participate in this workshop.”
This is more than a workshop. It’s a paradigm shift.
Can’t wait to see you there!
