Peruvian Gastronomy and Pisco Masterclass

Join us for an exclusive Peruvian Gastronomy and Pisco Masterclass at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, organized in partnership with the Embassy of Peru. On Saturday, December 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., discover the vibrant flavors of Peru through live culinary demonstrations led by Chef Giuseppe Mosselli, from Fork You Niagara.
Experience the preparation of iconic Peruvian dishes such as Ceviche, made with fresh seafood and Peruvian citrus, and Causa Limeña, a colorful layered potato dish that highlights the diversity of Peru’s native ingredients. The program also includes a Pisco Mixology Masterclass, featuring classic cocktails such as the Pisco Sour, Chilcano, and Chicha Sour, led by our pisco specialist in coordination with a professional bartender.
This special event celebrates Peru’s rich culinary heritage, blending ancient traditions with contemporary creativity, and offers guests a unique journey through the country’s cuisine and signature cocktails.
