About this event

The Eagle Day is comprised of 4 Topics. Each topic has a dedicated virtual room where students will enter and get information based on the room's topic.

1. Pre-Takeoff: Created to feature Canadian Colleges and all that they have to offer. Students will meet with affordable colleges with attractive tuition.

2. Take-Off: Created to help attendees choose the right programs and majors. International students may feel overwhelmed with all the available programs offered at colleges and universities. This is a chance for school representatives to highlight their faculties, programs, and why a degree at your school will help students realize their academic and professional goals.

3. Soaring: International students do not simply choose a place to finish their degree. They want a home away from home. This room helps students see how they will fit in a new environment with all the support offered by schools. Share with our attendees about your international student support, Co-op programs, your close ties with local employers and employment rate after graduation. There is dedicated time for your alumni to speak and share their own story with our attendees.

4. Landing: A Canadian education means more than just a degree. It can be a gateway to larger opportunities in life such as landing a job at a Fortunes 500 company, or becoming a Canadian citizen. This room is a great opportunity for schools to showcase the benefits of studying in Canada and getting a degree at your school.

General Admission: Be featured in one of these room with 2 other schools. Study Guide will deliver opening remarks, facilitate, and available for support before, during, and after the event. (Early Bird at $350, Regular at $400)

Standard Admission: Be featured in one of these room with another school. Study Guide will deliver opening remarks, facilitate, and available for support before, during, and after the event. (Early Bird at $400, Regular at $500).

All of our packages include pre-fair orientation session, in-person follow-up, email blast, social featuring, and access to our CRM system.

Post-fair activities include in-country follow-up from Study Guide's representatives. School has access to Leads CRM where they see all the leads' information. Expect to see information such as: name, phone number, destination, and events that your leads participated in.

School has access to all the applications that Study Guide is dealing with. School may see all the submitted documents, consultant's notes, date of submission, and other information for the purpose of tracking.

School may send email to leads on the platform using your partner account. Comprehensive data and useful tools for post-fair updates.
