Description
If you've always wanted to try a Pilates class, but never got to it... or tried it years ago and want to add it back into your workout routine, now's the time to sign up! Pilates is a great mind-body workout, and it has many benefits. Pilates takes you through movements that engage your full body, to help you improve mobility, flexibility, postural alignment and strength. In my class you can expect to workout your core muscles including your abdominals, inner and outer thighs, and back, as well as your arms and glutes! Classes may also incorporate props and lights weights.
What do you need to bring?
- Water
- Yoga/Pilates mat
- Workout clothes
