You will learn:
Basic concepts in fluid mechanics and fluid flow, velocity and flow rate calculations, head loss, pressure drop and pressure required calculations, hydraulic pressure gradient, gas and liquid pipeline hydraulic design, series piping, parallel piping, injection and delivery in pipelines and pipe loop design.
8 hours (Wednesday and Thursday 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM)
Who Should Attend:
This course is designed for technical personnel, all engineering disciplines including mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, civil engineering, process engineering, consulting and engineering staff, manufacturing engineers and technicians, and graduate students
- Fluid Flow Fundamentals
- Velocity and flow rate calculations
- Head loss and pressure drop calculations
- Pressure required calculations
- Gas and liquid pipeline hydraulic design
- Injection and Delivery in pipelines
- Pipe loops design
- parallel and series pipelines
NOTE: Students who successfully accomplish the final project will receive an official certificate of completion.
You will also receive a free course manual upon registration (in the beginning of class).
