What do I need to bring?

You'll be provided with a Strategic Planning notebook, but you'll likely want to bring some notepaper and a pen.

If you're a business owner or manager, SPD is for you. Bring along the one or two key people  who understand your operations and can support your vision.

Do we have to share our strategic plan with other participants

No, not at all.  Nothing in the workshop requires you to disclose confidential information, financial details, or operational strategies. We design the day so each team can work privately while still benefiting from the shared energy in the room.

Will we receive digital copies of the tools and templates?

Yes. After the event, we’ll send digital versions of the worksheets, planning tools, and frameworks so your team can use them throughout the year.

Is there follow-up support available after the workshop?
