- James Rubec, Head of Product, Fullintel, will give insights into listening to your audiences and predicting issues before they happen, so you can be prepared for a crisis that comes from any unexpected source.
- Eli Yufest, Principal, Earnscliffe Strategies, an expert in research and evaluation who will give advice on how to understand your public’s opinions and ensure your crisis plans are effective before, during, and after an event.
