Planning your Evaluation, Data Gathering and Analysis in Community-Based Evaluation: Evaluating Sustainable Development Goals for Local Impact
Interested in localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)? Are you a community-based organization working in Canada on issues of peace, gender equity or education? Interested in building your evaluation capacity? Curious about a community-led, grassroots approach to Canada's SDG 2030 agenda? Join us!
The Centre for Community Based Research and Conrad Grebel University College are hosting a four-part webinar series on community-based evaluation and the sustainable development goals.
This webinar is part three of the series. Phase two and three of community-based evaluation includes planning for and designing your community-based evaluation, as well as carrying out the evaluation according to the plan. The webinar will discuss data collection methods, analysis, and ethics. A community-based evaluation approach begins with the work organizations or communities are doing on the ground. No prior knowledge of the SDGs is necessary.
During this webinar, we will be joined by special guest Yusra Qadir who will present on their participatory needs assessment work with the Women's Insight Project, via Mothers Matters.
