Plant-Powered Potlucks

You're invited to join us for our bi-monthly Plant-Powered Potlucks held on the last Saturday of January, May, and September, from 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, at our home 998 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, NB.

Our community is growing and we wish to invite you so you can see what all the fuss is about. We have witnessed some wonderful health transformations as people realize the power of plants for health and beyond. The foundation of our work is about how easy it can be to adopt a way of eating that is centered around whole, plant-based foods. People often want to do something but get overwhelmed and feel limited in the choices - not anymore! The 'power' is in the wonderfully tasty, satisfying, easy to make, drop dead delicious food that can be created. This is where you come in - let's share an evening enjoying the company of friends new and old with the pleasure of eating some plant-centred creations. Don't worry about telling us what you are bringing, we always have lots of variety and by default, a lot of it is gluten and soy free for those who need to stay away from these ingredients.

The only ground rules are: nothing that had a mother or a face - no meat or dairy (this includes eggs, cheese, butter, and milk). The recipes available today are simply endless and can be found on numerous web sites (such as forksoverknives.com).

Everyone is welcome. Registration is not necessary but it is appreciated if possible a week in advance so we know how many to expect. Please contact us if you have any questions
