Plant-Powered with a Purpose

Sunday, March 10th – Cedarbrae Community Centre

An interactive day full of sessions on being plant-based. Cooking demos and seminars, cheese making, how to incorporate dehydrating and sprouting into your life, how to make healthier choices and the benefits of bring plant-based.

$65 if you register by March 2nd

$75 March 3rd - 9th

$85 at the door

*Registration fee includes lunch from 2 local restaurants!

9:30am – 10:30am Session A

10:45am – 11:45am Session B
