Description

Plastics seem to have infiltrated every aspect of our lives from packaging to food storage to skincare and clothes.

This workshop looks at the ways to eliminate plastic from our lives by suggesting alternatives to common products and demonstrating how to make beeswax food wraps.

Date: Saturday 12 September 2020

Time: 10am - 12noon (arrive 9:45am)

Address: North Ryde School of Arts Community Hall - 201 Cox's Road, North Ryde

Who: This workshop is for residents who live in the City of Ryde local government area

Equipment: Please bring your own note pad and pen to take notes. To reduce our environmental impact, please bring your own water bottle and coffee cup to enjoy morning tea.

Cost: FREE. This is provided as no cost by the City of Ryde.

Booking: Advanced bookings essential. Book early as places are strictly limited and we anticipate this session will reach full capacity.
