A one-day pilot program focused on enhancing your skills in educational strategy, curriculum development and review, program evaluation, handling tricky educational issues, and more.
By the end of this program you will be able to:
1) Describe where things are at right now, in relation to the education work you lead
2) Be able to describe and apply Kern et. al’s curriculum development model
3) Be able to analyze educational leadership challenges
4) Be able to apply leadership skills to resolve challenges and move things forward
