About this Event
The goal of this stress-reduction workshop is to motivate and educate attendees on the effects of stress on the body, and how elevated stress levels can affect the overall wellbeing of people. Through interactive presentations, group activities, meditation and teaching, all attendees will walk away feeling confident in their ability to conquer their stress and break common stressful habits.
Refreshments
Lunch, Beverages and Snacks will be provided by Honey Bee Meals in Toronto. Their team prepares and delivers the tastiest and most nutritious meals, made fresh locally. The entire menu is gluten, dairy, nut, soy, & refined sugar free. There are options for all dietary restrictions, including Classic, Low Carb & Plant-Based meals.

If you are arriving by car, there is plenty of FREE side street parking along St. Clair Ave. W.

• Take the 512 streetcar west towards Keele, and get off on Earlscourt Ave. stop (in front of building)
• Take the 29 Dufferin Bus towards St. Clair Ave. West. Get off on St. Clair Ave. West stop, and walk three blocks west towards Earlscourt Ave.
• Take the 47 Landowne Bus towards St. Clair Ave. West. Get off on St. Clair Ave West stop, and walk three blocks east towards Earlscourt Ave.
