Description

Pole fitness is well known for developing upper body and deep core strength while enhancing co-ordination, balance, and flexibility. Join Christina Brack this summer for a 3 class conditioning series focussing on arms/chest/upper back, legs/glutes/hips, and deep core line. These classes are designed to assist polers with their home cross-training but non-polers are welcome to attend! All sessions will be on the mat, no poles in these sessions.

Each class will introduce participants to the musculature and structures being discussed, a physical movement component, educational take-home material and access to recorded video sequences for future reference.

While the series is open to all fitness levels, participants should be able to move from seated, to kneeling to standing with relative comfort. No prior pole or yoga experience required.

Class 1 July 12 5:30-7:00pm– Arms/Chest/Shoulder girdle
Class 2 August 9 5:30-7:00pm– Legs/Glutes/Hips
Class 3 August 24th 5:30-7:00pm– Deep Core
