This FREE event will give participants the chance to explore the critters that can be found in samples of pond water, as well as learn about environmental impacts on our water systems. Using hand-held microscopes made out of paper, participants will prepare slides and study water samples. They will also test the pH of various water samples.

Girls (and individuals who identify as girls) in grades 7-9 are welcome to register and participate. Only 20 spots available so be sure to register early!

This event will take place outside on the grounds of Mount Saint Vincent University so please dress appropriately.
