On October 17th, 2013, join Pop Up Dining Hamilton for an unparalleled culinary adventure and experience our beautiful city in a whole new way. Your ticket includes a masterfully prepared four-course culinary experience from a phenomenal local chef, wine pairing, non-alcoholic beverage options and gratuities in a location people will be talking about for months!
What is Pop Up Dining? "Pop Up Dining" refers to creating a temporary restaurant in a location not traditionally associated with fine dining. A Pop Up Dining experience could take place on a barge at sea, on a rooftop, in an art gallery, on a loading dock, on a rail car... essentially, we make a fabulous and unforgettable dining experience possible ANYWHERE in Hamilton. We select our locations based on weather, accessibility and safety...although never TOO safe.
Pop Up Dining Hamilton's mission is to celebrate the city of Hamilton and its spectacular food scene, local chefs and eateries. We deliver a culinary experience like no other for only the boldest food adventurers.
Can I purchase tickets in person?
Absolutely! Please contact Dave Hanley at 289-788-3283 if you would like to arrange ticket purchase in the Hamilton/Burlington area.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone that appears to be under the age of 30 without valid photo identification. We also reserve the right to ask people over the age of 30 for identification, but generally just to make them feel "sassy".
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
72 hours before the event, we will disclose the location of our Pop Up restaurant by email along with directions from the QEW/403 and parking options and costs (if applicable).

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We encourage our guests to avoid printing whenever possible. Your ticket confirmation number or email receipt on your smartphone is sufficient for entry.
What is the refund policy?
We will gladly issue full refunds up to seven days before the event (October 7th). After that, we cannot issue refunds however we do allow ticketholders to transfer their tickets to another person.
Do you accommodate vegetarians or special diets?
For most events, we will offer vegetarian alternatives and do our best to accommodate those with allergies or preferences. It's always best to contact us before purchasing tickets to find out what out options are available.
