Join Alberta Ballet prior to The Nutcracker at the Pop Up at the Jubilee, Alberta Ballet’s latest pre-show culinary event. The pop up restaurant feature is one of Alberta Ballet’s new initiatives to give guests a complete evening-out experience when they attend the ballet.
Impeccably themed to reflect the magical wonder of The Nutcracker, Pop Up at the Jubilee will immerse you and your family in the evening’s ambience with the added treat of dinner as part of your evening at the ballet!
Alberta Ballet has gathered serving staff from some of Calgary's finest restaurants to serve from a buffet table. Guests can then gather at long tables to savour Chef Andrea Harling's latest creation, developed from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients!
Doors to the Jubilee open 90 minutes prior to curtain. Pop up at the Jubilee will be ready to serve as soon as the lobby opens.

Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie, Marinated Olives and Pickled Vegetables

Roast Leg of Beef with a Choice of Creamed Horseradish, Spicy Mustard or Sweet Tomato Chutney
