Overview
This page enables you to register to present your poster at the CANSSI Showcase. This is an amazing opportunity for you to showcase your work to faculty across the country, meet other students and Postdoctoral Fellows, and build your national network. This takes place during the social hour, giving you a laid back environment to share your work with everyone.
This is open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and Postdoctoral Fellows.

Selection Process
There will be limited spots available so the selection process will be a first-come first-serve basis.
How To Present
All of the conference will take place in Gather.town. There is a specific room where posters will be presented. Due date to submit your poster is November 15. We will set up your poster in Gather.town for you.
Post presentation is Saturday, November 20 at 14:15 PST
In Gather.town, you should stand in the shaded square in front of your poster. This shaded square is known as a “private space” and your audio/video will be shared with everyone else in this square, but not neighbouring spaces.
Practice sessions will be held:
- November 17 at 11:00-11:30 PST
A link to the practice session will be sent to you on November 16.
After you register on this page, you will be sent a form from CANSSI through a service called SurveyMonkey. This form enables you to submit your poster, choose a practice session, and provide us more required information.
