You spend a lot of time and money getting ready for an audit. You can reduce the stress on your team, reduce unnecessary expenditures and be confident. We can help you improve the way you deal with audits, auditors and certification bodies.

In this 3-hour training you will:

  • Know where your power rests in the certification process
  • Understand the checks and balances in audits and certifications
  • Know 3 things you can do to set the stage for a smooth audit
  • Learn the language to express your concerns clearly and constructively if conflict arises
  • Know the steps you can take if your expectations haven't been met during an audit
  • Have the tools you need to formally evaluate auditors
  • Have an open and honest discussion about real life challenges with two experienced auditors
  • Have fun in a light and cheerful atmosphere
