This course provides teens with an exciting introduction to different ceramic production methods. Topics include forming, decoration using coloured slips, carving, sgraffito, and finishing the pieces by glazing and firing the works. Projects will be fun and functional! 

COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY: Our studio courses are running at reduced capacity to allow for physical distancing and safe navigation of our pottery studio. All students must wear a face mask at all times and adhere to physical distancing guidelines while in our studio. These guidelines, as well as our anti-harrassment policy, will be reviewed by your instructor in the first class.

ART SUPPLIES: All materials for teen students are included in the cost of the class.

ATTIRE: Please dress in clothing that reflects the nature of the activity. Your clothing may get messy from the materials and media utilized in your class. Also, closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
