Pound Pro's Aimée Zaph and Becky Murray and 30 fitness rebels ready to make some noise.
WHAT
Pound is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. Get ready for a team lead, 45 minute, loud and sweaty Pound class followed by a complimentary beer from Troubled Monk to rehydrate.

This class is for all ages and fitness levels. Everything can be modified to be more or less intense. And we won't accept any excuses of "I'm not coordinated enough", because in Pound, there are no mistakes, only drum solos!
What you'll need:
- clothes you can move and sweat in, bonus points for wearing your favourite concert tee
- indoor shoes or barefeet (the floor is cement, but you're welcome to do what's comfortable for you)
- yoga mat
- water
- rockstar attitude
