Join the Women’s Network community for an engaging and interactive workshop about best practices, and frameworks to inspire and motivate professionals to advance your careers, reach your leadership potential, strengthen your skills and elevate your effectiveness as senior executives.

The workshop is designed for professionals contemplating or in a career transition, aspiring to move forward in their career journey. Based on the core premise that career advancement requires intention, workshop participants learn about the importance of:

• a clear and unique brand,
• career focus and goals,
• defined opportunity mapping and,
• commitment to an action plan.

The foundation of this workshop is based on a proven framework and practical tools, content is grounded by real-life leadership experience and best practices.

Meet your instructor: Margaret Zanel, Partner, Wentworth Strategy Group (2021 EVOLVE Summit speaker)

Margaret Zanel is a highly skilled executive advisor, entrepreneur, leadership coach, and business strategist with over 30 years’ experience in Fortune 100 and private equity-backed early growth & start-ups in Canada, the US, and globally. Margaret is recognized for her strategic, business transformation, marketing, and sales expertise in technology, cannabis, and retail health & wellness.

Margaret is the Co-Founder & Partner of Wentworth Strategy Group Inc.; a diversified management consultancy focused on helping small and medium enterprises thrive.

She is a passionate advocate of women’s advancement in the c-suite and the boardroom. Margaret is Executive Director, Mentorship Programs for Women Get on Board Inc, a leading member-based company that connects, promotes, and empowers women to corporate boards. She is also the Founder of the Women Entrepreneurs Network, a social platform to inspire and educate the next generation of women entrepreneurs.

Margaret currently serves on the McMaster Alumni Board. She also served on the board of Xerox Canada Inc. She is an alumnus of the Judy Project. In 2018 Margaret was selected as one of Diversity MBA Magazine’s “Top 50 over 50”, and in 2020 Margaret was recognized as one of Diversity MBA Magazines, “Top 100 Women of Influence”.
