In celebration of National Youth Week, we will be empowering youth to see how they can get involved with causes they are passionate about.

About this event

Your mental health and well-being should always be the number one priority. The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced a new host of challenges for youth and we understand the impacts that it can have on mental health. Understanding how to support your growth through these times and realizing the importance of speaking up are critical in your journey towards building a more resilient mindset.

The Minding your Mental Health session will promote mental wellness, showcase how you can build a healthy mindset, and inform youth on proper self-care. We will bring in youth groups and organizations to speak on the work they do to increase awareness and support individuals that face mental health challenges. Youth will learn about accessible resources, how to speak up, and how you can make a positive contribution by becoming part of a community that supports your passions.

Open to all youth across the Peel Region.
