Join Joanna for 6 weeks of Power Yoga. Come as you are and get ready to move, play, and sweat! All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own mat; blocks are provided.
Vaccine passports required, masks required to move around the studio. Teacher will remain masked, as per Provincial Health Order.
