We will be having our Annual General Meeting on December 14, 2019 from 10:30am-12:30pm at the Saddletowne Library “Program Room”. The address is 7555 Falconridge Blvd NE, Calgary, AB, T3J 0C9.

At the AGM, we will be voting on the board. Our financial agent has resigned and that position needs to be filled. The other offices we have are President/CEO, Vice President, and Secretary. We will have a members vote on these offices at the AGM.
