About this Event

Course Description

The 4-day Practical HACCP™ series, including HACCP I and HACCP II with a total of 12 modules:

  • HACCP I: Prerequisite Programs (Date: Oct 19-20, 2019)
  • HACCP II: Developing HACCP Plans (Date: Oct 26-27, 2019)

was specifically designed to help participants better understand the HACCP and its practical applications, as well as provide participants with hands-on knowledge and experience. The course is consistent with the intent and scope of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP) / Preventive Control Plan (PCP), the Codex General Principles of Food Hygiene, and the International HACCP Alliance course curriculum.

Upon successful completion of this advanced HACCP course, you will be able to document your prerequisite programs/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), create specific forms that can be used for the documentation of a HACCP plan based on the product your select.
