Practical Tools to Support Employee Mental Health and Well-being
Tue, 29 November 2016, 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM EST
Join the Ontario Workplace Health Coalition on Tuesday November 29th for our Annual General Meeting and Networking Event. Dr. Ian Dawe (Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto, Program Chief and Medical Director of Mental Health at Trillium Health Partners, Chair of the Ontario Hospital Association’s Suicide Prevention Standards Task Force) will deliver our keynote address on:
"Practical Tools to Support Employee Mental Health and Wellbeing - How can an organization hardwire doing the right thing each time for at risk employees"
Dr. Dawe will address best practices in employee mental wellbeing, offer tools, and highlight the broad areas businesses need to address in order to create a culture of wellbeing, where employees can thrive. By taking action across all of these elements, businesses can create a comprehensive approach to well-being that drives business productivity and employee engagement.
