Event description

Description

Due to overwhelming demand, Elyse Tera is bringing her sustainable practice management seminar to OCTCM for a weekend of intensive training and paradigm-shifting, to help you take your practice to the next level.

Using a combination of direct lecture, active discussion and engaged practical learning, this 14-hour course will provide Graduates, RTCMPs and RACS with tools to build financially successful practices while maintaining a strong ethical core. Using the paradigm of the Five Pillars, we can create a manageable framework in which to live, practice, and build.

You will learn how to:

  • Bring new patients into your clinic using effective marketing and networking tools

  • Communicate a treatment plan that leads to patient compliance and more successful treatment outcomes

  • Effectively educate patients on the value of acupuncture and Chinese medicine

  • Organize your time more efficiently so you can treat more patients.

  • Evaluate the value of your labour and create a realistic and sustainable and ethical compensation schedule

We will also discuss and unpack the big bugaboos that prevent many RACs and RTCMPs from becoming financially solvent, including working in a for-profit industry, accessibility, and goal-setting.

Cost: $375

Students & TCMO Members: $325
