Practising Mindfulness with Children (kC)

kid CAFE: Mindfulness is the practice of being mindful, of being aware. We practice becoming aware of our feelings, our thoughts, and ultimately our behavior. We practice being in the present moment, the only moment we have. God is the eternal I AM, eternally present, eternally in the present moment. As we practice being in the present moment, we can begin to become aware of being present to God, who is always waiting for us. Your children will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and have an opportunity to begin practicing. All children are welcome to register.
