In partnership with Taste Alberta, we are excited to host our very first “Prairie on a Plate” long table dinner on Monday, March 26th.

Chef Steven Brochu will be offering a 4 course dinner highliting a few of Chartier’s local producers; pork from Bear and the Flower Farms in Irricana, beautiful Alberta pulses, and turkey from the Morinville Hutterite Colony.

Tickets are $75/person and include a reception cocktail. We hope to see you on Monday, March 26th!

NOTE: Limited seating is available. Please message us in advance should you wish to join another party that has booked seperately.

Taste Alberta's Prairie on the Plate dining series invites chefs to create a unique meal that celebrates ingredients, farmers, and producers from commodity groups that make up Taste Alberta including Alberta Canola, Egg Farmers of Alberta, Alberta Milk, Alberta Pulse Growers, Alberta Chicken Producers, Alberta Turkey Producers, and Alberta Pork. .
