Description

Registered Massage Therapist, Perinatal Core Trainer, and new mother, Jessie Vanderlubbe, teaches the most safe and effective workouts for prenatal women. Come learn the most up to date and dynamic exercises for pregnancy that go beyond your average prenatal fitness class.

In this interactive workshop you will not only learn modifications for your favourite exercises, but also postural changes to minimize the risk of aches, pains, and pelvic floor dysfunction throughout your three trimesters. Jessie explains the risks of traditional exercise on an expectant mother, and gives alternatives that tone and strengthen the most important structures of a pregnant body.

Bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, and workout attire for this talk + fitness class that is customized for your changing body. Everyone is invited to join! Mothers of all ages, mamas-to-be, fitness professionals, or anyone interested in prenatal fitness is welcome to come learn and sweat with us!
