Join me, The Mama Coach Antea, for a session to help you feel empowered and confident in your pregnancy and BIRTH! I have 11+ years experience as a RN in the birth unit and you will be in good hands with me. This will be a virtual event and I will cover:
- End of pregnancy
- Labour process and stages
- Pain management
- Support in labour
- Induction process
- C-sections
- Postpartum period
- Newborn care
- Initiating breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding
- Newborn sleep
