Prenatal yoga class provides multiple physical and emotional benefits, such as; preparing the hips, legs and pelvic muscles for childbirth, improved breath and blood circulation, and an opportunity to connect with your baby, and other expectant moms in a relaxed environment. Postures are modified to accommodate all levels, and the changing needs of the expectant mother. Pre-registration is required.
