Burned out? Stressed? Holding it all together but suffering on the inside? Finding yourself exhausted, irritable and reactive at times?

In this intensive training workshop you will be presented with new evidence-based strategies to manage acute stress and burnout with new powerful micro self-care practices.

Based on the Mindful Self-Compassion Program developed at UCSD by Dr. Christopher Germer and Dr. Kristen Neff, participants will enhance professional skills they can use personally and professionally. Over 1000 studies published in the past 10 years show a strong correlation between self-compassion and resilience. People with high self-compassion experience less negative emotions such as stress, burnout, anxiety, depression while at the same time, building more positive emotions such as relationship and life satisfaction.
