ABSTRACT: Existing literature published on rural Indigenous palliative care to determine priorities and challenges, as well as strategies for a culturally safe palliative approach to care was reviewed. This presentation will outline barriers, opportunities and cultural safety that can play an important role in developing Indigenous-centred palliative care.
