Join us on Saturday, May 15th at 10:30am EDT, for a Private Live Virtual Tour of Siena in support of Women’s College Hospital. Sip on your morning caffè while Dr. Rocky Ruggiero takes us on a guided tour of one of Italy’s most picturesque towns, Siena.

Lifestyle with Purpose, in collaboration with Quintessentially Canada, is pleased to invite you for an authentic and inspiring encounter with Siena, with Dr. Rocky Ruggiero, an Art History Professor and Italian Renaissance Expert. This 90-minute experience will take place this coming Saturday, May 15th at 10:30am EDT.

Dr. Ruggiero and his onsite crew will take us on a curated journey of the medieval Tuscan city, commencing at the magnificent gothic Basilica di San Domenico, which houses Siena’s most cherished relic – the head of St. Catherine of Siena. Next, we will walk past the world’s oldest surviving bank founded in 1472 - Monte dei Paschi. We will then continue on to one of Italy’s most striking squares, Piazza del Campo; this UNESCO recognized fan-shaped Piazza, renowned worldwide for its beauty and architectural integrity, is also where the celebrated Palio horse race is held annually. Our private tour will conclude at Duomo di Siena; one of Italy's most majestic cathedrals, featuring an intricate façade of alternating dark green and white marble.

Net proceeds from this event will be benefiting Women’s College Hospital Foundation’s The Emily Stowe Society through the Lifestyle with Purpose Endowment Fund, an annual award that is dedicated to breaking down barriers to careers in the health sciences for women and individuals from underrepresented communities.
