Bernie completed law school at The University of Western Ontario after attending the University of Alberta, where he received a Bachelor of Commerce. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988 and became a Registered Trade-mark Agent in 1997.

Larry Crossan is a lawyer, entrepreneur, educator, and strategist.
Larry completed law school at The University of Western Ontario and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at UWO.
He was called to the bars of New York and Ontario in 1987 and 1988, respectively.
Larry gained business experience in banking and corporate finance, general management, and the hospitality industry before becoming a lawyer.
Prior to founding Lexcor, Larry practiced with two of Canada’s national firms and is equally comfortable with Bay Street and Main Street transactions.
As with all of the lawyers in the firm, Larry’s practice is exclusively devoted to business transactions, with a particular emphasis on the purchase, sale, financing, and structuring of owner-operated businesses and tax-driven corporate reorganizations.
Larry is a registered trade-mark agent, had been an instructor in the business law section of the Bar Admissions Course for many years, and has spoken on and taught business law in various other continuing education settings. He is also involved in several non-profit and community organizations.
