Proper pruning and care is important for trees in our communities. Pruning for good tree structure is key in ensuring that trees remain safe and thriving for many years. Topics of this session will include proper pruning practices, an introduction of good tree structure and an overview of improper pruning practices that regularly result in compromised trees. Learn about the importance of good pruning and the increasing failure risk of trees as a result of improper pruning. Learn how proper pruning can prevent damage during storms.
