Dr. Jayashree Mitra focuses on patent and other intellectual property work, often in relation to pharmaceutical and cannabis subject matter. Dr. Mitra has litigated drug patents for one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world. She is ideally situated to digest the science underlying innovative cannabis products. She possesses a PhD in pharmacology from Yale University, and was a member of the Law Review at Northwestern University School of Law. She works in Hindi and Bengali.

Kimberly Adams

Founder, LYT Mind

Kimberly Adams earned a B.A. in Humanistic Psychology from Sonoma State Unversity, as well as licensure in Biofeedback. The SSU Psychology Dept was home to some of the original Psychedelic experimenters working with high dose LSD and intensive psychotherapy, holotropic breathwork, and some of the original MDMA experimenters. This kick start to her career lead her to seek opportunities to shed light on mind-expansion and consciousness research. Professionally, she has worked in several verticals creating business structures and marketing funnels in alternative wellness, tech and product marketing. Her clients include Ibogaine aftercare centers, online educational products, clinical spaces for Psychedelic Research and, CBD services and remediation companies. She is currently working on a resource platform and natural product company to safely navigate Addiction Recovery with the use of Psychedelics. Payton Nyquvest is the co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Numinus, a company at the forefront of transformative change in treating the growing prevalence of mental health issues and desire for greater wellness. Payton is the former Director, VP and Head of Sales at Mackie Research Capital, one of Canada’s largest independent brokerage firms with a focus on public health and human advancement. Jessica Cadoch

Jessica is currently completing her Masters in Medical Anthropology at McGill University, is the Executive Director of the Montreal Psychedelic Society, and is the Research Manager at Maya PBC. Her master’s research explores the implications involved in a shifting paradigm around psychedelic substances. She pays particular attention to the ethics involved in integrating this new approach to managing mental illness into conventional and dominant ones, particularly in looking at twelve-step-based models of recovery from addiction. By connecting, educating and engaging the community, Jessica hopes to facilitate the shifting narrative around psychedelic substances.

Cody Shandraw

Cody currently manages Tangier Capital's due diligence and market assessment projects, including the building and maintaining of new relationships with clients and partners. Working hand-in-hand with C-level executives and management at portfolio companies to provide operational guidance and access to an extensive industry network of contacts while also reviewing potential investment portfolio additions along with broader industry examination to determine risk/return trade-offs for the emerging legal psychedelic markets.

Dr. Evan Wood

Chief Medical Officer, Numinus

Dr. Evan Wood is the Chief Medical Officer at Numinus. He has published over 500 scientific articles that have contributed to the establishment of innovative policy and therapeutic programs. Early in his career, Dr. Wood’s research contributed to the revision of international guidelines for the treatment of HIV infection among persons who use drugs. He subsequently led efforts that contributed to the legalization of adult cannabis use in Canada, the establishment of supervised injecting as a standard of care nationally, and internationally recognized clinical therapeutic guidelines for a range of substance use disorders. Dr. Wood has been a Tier 1 Canada Research Chair and Professor of Medicine at the University of British Columbia and was the founding Executive Director of the British Columbia Centre on Substance Use.

Jeremy Weate

In the past five years, Jeremy has organized ibogaine conferences in Vienna, Porto and London and taken on a leadership role within the ibogaine community, previously as executive director of the Global Ibogaine Therapy Alliance. He is also an executive producer of a film about ibogaine: The Ibogaine Stories. He spent four months in 2018 supporting the establishment of Tabula Rasa Retreat in Portugal, the leading ibogaine facility in Europe.
