Saugeen Shores is considering a Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) specifically designed to support affordable housing and to increase housing supply and diversity. We're seeking your input on the feasibility of a Community Permit Planning System.
This virtual consultation session will include Town staff and planning consultants to present CPPS study findings to date, to determine if a CPPS is an appropriate planning tool to streamline development for Saugeen Shores.
Join us, Wednesday, September 28th, at 6:30 for the virtual session to learn more and provide your input. This session will be hosted on Zoom. Registration is encouraged but not required. The event meeting link will be accessible through this event page, and emailed to those who register ahead of the meeting.
