Attention Women!
- Do you have no time left for You because everything seems so important?
- Do you feel guilty for taking time away from your family or work?
- Do you have difficulties delegating and feel like you have to do it all?

Join us for this interactive 2-hour workshop to find out how to balance your responsibilities with 'me' time so you could feel more in control of your life.

You will learn how to:
- bring more self-care into your life and still get everything done
- define what is 'yours' and what is 'others' and set clear boundaries
- to say ’no' when you want to say 'no'
- become more assertive, ask for what you want
- understand and manage your emotions better
- communicate your needs to your partner and family... and get heard!!

What to expect: A positive inviting and non-judgmental environment. We've all have been through stuff. We are supportive and understanding.

ABOUT

Tatiana Maranda works as a clinical counsellor and coach for women. She supports stressed and overwhelmed women to take charge of their lives through healing past traumas, building confidence and cultivating self-worth.
