Here is a chance to put your mindfulness knowledge into practice. Often all you need to go deeper in meditation is more time. These exercises will help you become more familiar with the workings of your own mind's patterns and habits in constructive and helpful ways.

Sessions are designed to be accessible and friendly for beginners, with time for discussion and questions. Seating will be on chairs. Cushions and mats will also be available. You will receive a MindSana tip sheet, and all guided meditation will be available to you on MindSana's website, mindsana.com.
