Join fellow Q Club members for FREE Yoga in the Park at Q Condos. We will be learning healing yoga techniques from Tracy Guan, a certified yoga instructor, with more than 22 years of experience. Tracy is passionate about teaching in a style that highlights proper movement, breathing techniques, and awareness of correct body alignment. Tracy will guide us in yoga techniques to help us relax, therefore lowering our stress level and improving our mental focus, and also help increase our flexibility too!

Come and experience yoga in the great outdoors. We will be meeting at the Q Presentation Centre (67 Sage berry Way) and walking 10 minutes to the park next door in Nolan Hill overlooking a pond. Practicing yoga outdoors brings us closer to nature and even more into the present moment.

Here is our list of essentials you will need to bring to experience this outdoor yoga session:

Cushy Mat
(Nature is not as smooth as a studio floor)

Towel
(Use it to towel off after class, and to brush off the grass from your mat)

Sunscreen
(It’ll keep you from burning and help to avoid awkward tan lines)

Water
(Stay hydrated, especially in the warm outdoors)

Smile
(You are going to be seen, enjoy being outside and soak up as much Vitamin D as possible)
