Qigong is a discipline, which derives off two Chinese words. Qi refers to life energy and body function, and Gong refers to methods of exercise for strengthening and replenishing. Qigong is a practice in which breathing techniques are aligned with body movements, awareness for exercise, healing and meditation.

With a mindful community that supports all ages, genders, and race, our Qigong sessions are dedicated to an aspiration of positive energies through a conscious intent from a group of individuals.
Our Qigong sessions are performed by Zachary Lui, a seasoned folk priest, Qigong and Reiki Master, will guide the participants through this session.
