Greetings Crypto Community!

Have you experienced poor customer service from a Cryptocurrency Exchange? Are your funds trapped on poorly run platforms like EZbtc or QuadrigaCX?

If this is you, then come to our event and voice your frustration!

On February 28th, LinkCoin will be hosting a panel discussion to answer the communities questions about what is going on with Quadriga and what will happen to its' customers moving forward.


Our exciting lists of panelists will include:

Moderator: Suzanne Ennis, SVP (Global Partnerships) Shyft International

Suzanne is an early Blockchain investor & advocate and currently works as Shyft Internationals SVP of Global Partnerships. In this capacity, Suzanne has fostered several key partnersips with exchanges and other data-focused businesses around the world. Suzanne's occupatioanl success has given her a wealth of knowledge in the blockchain space, and she will use these insights to guide the panel discussions.

1. Jian (Blues) Qin, CEO & Founder, Yesbit Technology Ltd.

Early Bitcoin investor & enthusiast. Blues has been through both the Mt. Gox hack, and Quadriga's recent insolvency issues. Since then, Blues has dedicated himself to the blockchain ecosystem, and to building products that give users more autonomy over their assets. This lead to the creation of LinkCoin, a Peer-to-Peer exchange, and Yesbit, decentralized derivatives platform. Blues industry-proven track record will provide lots tangible feedback on how to protect your digital assets.


2. Addison Cameron-Huff, CEO & Founder, Blockchain Lawyer | Former President, Decentral Inc.

Having been described as “Ethereum’s first lawyer”, Addison Cameron-Huff works at the intersection of technology, law and business. The last decade has seen him go from award-winning programmer to innovative blockchain lawyer to President of Decentral. Addison's unconventional route from lawyer to blockchain entrepreneur provides him with an unparalleled perspective, and he will bring no shortage of relevant experience to the panel.


3. Andrei Poliakov, CEO & Co-founder, Coinberry

Mr. Poliakov is a seasoned entrepreneur, having previously launched and managed various start-ups with a strong focus on implementation and early-stage strategy development. With degrees in electrical engineering and business, coupled with his past experience in IT solutions Mr. Poliakov brings +10 years of experience to Coinberry in the fields of algorithm design, and operational & strategic development.


4. Rodney MacInnes, Certified AML Specialist | COO, Outlier Solutions

Rodney is an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance expert with over 10,000 hours (10+ years) experience. He is a Certified Bitcoin Professional who fell down the rabbit hole in 2013 and tries to stay up-to-date on all things Bitcoin. Over the past 5 years, he has consulted with Canadian exchanges, Bitcoin ATM operators and other crypto-related businesses. Rodney is determined to figure out what good policy looks like.


5. Evan Thomas, Senior Associate, Osler Hoskin & Harcourt LLP

Evan is a senior associate for the Osler Litigation Group. Evan focuses on cases involving technology and data, such as disputes involving data licensing, privacy, data security, IT projects, and online defamation. He is also a member of the firm’s cross-disciplinary team advising on issues relating to blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, particularly with respect to potential regulatory enforcement.



The panel will cover a host of issues including:

1. What did QuadrigaCX do wrong?

2. What is a Companies' Creditor Arrangement Act (CCAA), and how does this effect QuadrigaCX customers?

3. How long will Quadriga be protected under the Companies' Creditor Arrangement Act (CCAA)?

4. What will happen after I have registered as a creditor under the Companies' Creditor Arrangement Act (CCAA)?

5. How do exchanges earn back the market's trust?

6. How do we learn from the past / what should Crypto exchanges look like in the future?

7. What can customers do to gain more control of their digital assets?

This will be an open and inclusive environment, so no finger pointing or blaming. We just want to help the community find answers, learn how to move forward, and teach users how to protect their digital assets.
