Description

Katherena Vermette is coming to campus to speak with the Queen's and Kingston community about The Break. The event will be hosted in partnership with Kingston Writer's Fest. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the event will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a book signing to follow.

This is an event you don't want to miss! Be sure to sign up early and bring your copy of The Break on March 7!

In addition to the author talk, all attendees will have free access to Kent Monkman's powerful art exhibit, Shame and Prejudice: A Story of Resilience.

Tickets are free for Queen's students, staff, and faculty members. Members of the Kingston community can purchase tickets through the Kingston Writer's Fest ($20 in advance, $22 at the door). See their Facebook Event for more information.
