Frontier XR is a non-for-profit organisation championing immersive technology and its content creators. We were born out of the passion, talent and collaboration of our local Queensland innovators.

We're hosting our yearly VR Hackathon in October! Spaces limited.

WHEN

Reception: Friday, 4 October 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Hacking: Saturday, 8:00 AM - Sunday, 12:00 PM (no overnight stay)

Judging and Awards Presentation: Sunday, 12:00 - 3:00 PM

PRIZES

1ST PRIZE:

HTC is covering the return flights and accommodation for a team of 3 to compete in the global VR Hackathon in China.

2ND PRIZE:

MSI is giving away a Mystery Package, which includes some amazing swag.

3RD PRIZE:
Free Space VR is providing a 1hr free session at the VR arcade for each team member.

PRICE

$5 entry fee, BYO food.

DETAILS

- VR headsets will be available for the event.

- Development machines are limited so please bring your own.

- Judges will be announced prior to the event.

- You can use existing code and assets, however, judges will mostly consider your work completed during the event.
