About this workshop

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to foundations of identity, terminology, and inclusive language. Participants will also be led through a group discussion centered around the importance of 2SLGBTQ affirming forms, spaces and services. Resources will also be provided.

About Wendy Li

Wendy is a queer, Chinese-Canadian woman who was born and raised on Treaty 6 Territory in Outlook, Saskatchewan. She received her Bachelor of Education in 2015 and did not take the traditional classroom route after graduating, but instead took her skills to educating staff and students about 2SLGBTQ topics. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, reading, and playing board games with her partner, Brooke.
